Refund and Returns Policy

Our courses and e-books are digital products that are delivered instantly after payment.

Cancellations

Because the course link is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

When we give a refund

• You were charged but did not receive your course link, and we are unable to deliver it.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The link you received does not open and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.

How to request help or a refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns

As no physical product is shipped, there is nothing to return.
